No matter what you do, there is going to be a downside. For example: I'm trying to get in better shape. I've been trying to exercise more, eat better, so on and so forth. However, when pushing myself to do better and better on the treadmill, there is one thing someone forgets about, someone doesn't even think about until they're done.
